Jesse Sekidika , another Nigerian born winger has joined Turkish Super Ligue defending Champions, Galatasary from Eskisehirspor. Owosports.com can authoritatively report.

The 23-year-old winger who penned a four and half year agreement with Yellow-Red team will join up with rest of the squad in Antalya on Friday.

The deal was brokered by Nigerian football intermediary Mr Segun Ogunbayo of Magate Groups.

The Port-Harcourt born winger was impressive in the colour of Turkish second tier division side Eskisehirspor where he played 29 games and scored 14 goals.

Former Flying Eagles invitee Jesse played 16 games this season, scored eight goals and add two assist to his credit before his switched to Turkish Elite league.

While he was was snapped up by Serbian side FK Napredak Kruševac for 2015-2016 football season, He would later played the second-half of the 2015–16 Serbian First League season in which Napredak finished as champion and consequently gained promotion to the Serbian top-flight, the SuperLiga.

However, In July 2018, Napredak participated in a summer tournament in Portugal where it played against S.L. Benfica.

The match has Napredak lost 3–0 in a game played on July 10. It was reported that Portuguese media put the focus on Sekidika as a former Benfica player marvelling on how he had played against several players who were his team-mate during his spell in the Portuguese side.

Jesse will be teaming up with another Nigerian, Henry Onyekuru who also recently joined Galatasary on loan for the rest of the season.
